Fur Star Pet Care, LLC provides reliable and conscientious pet hosting, pet sitting, and house sitting services. We are located on the South Side of Columbus, Ohio. We also offer services within a 30 mile radius of Columbus in areas such as Obetz, Groveport, Grandview, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Powell, Lewis Center, Clintonville, Grove City, Worthington, Westerville, Dublin, New Albany, Canal Winchester, Whitehall, Reynoldburg, Bexley and Pataskala. We look forward to meeting your pet sitting, dog walking, house sitting, vacation services needs.

Meet the Team

Jeanette:

I have a 23 year history of non-profit and social work. I have also lived abroad in Pune, India and Mali, West Africa; while there, in addition to my studies and my work, I found sick animals to nurture and care for. Sometimes my colleagues questioned my sanity! In 2016, I started Fur Star Pet Care, LLC to pursue my passion for animals. Annually I attend a pet sitting professional’s conference and previously subscribed to FetchFind.com for continuing education on pet health, safety, behavior training and best equipment practices. Fur Star is also a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) and Central Ohio Professional Pet Sitters (COPPS) in order to network with other professional pet sitter’s to learn about new background check companies,  online scheduling systems and the newest best industry practices.  My passion is providing honest, reliable, and excellent care for your furry (or naked-Sphynx, Chinese crested!) family member.

Craig:

I am the webmaster and poop picker-upper extraordinaire. If you love the site, it is because of the great ideas that Jeanette has. If you have trouble with the site, it’s because I didn’t translate those ideas into zeros and ones. I am familiar with all human and pet clients and sometimes assist with or complete independently client’s requested services.
